• The ground floor boasts a living room with a dinette, as well as a comfortable sofa bed and an open fireplace. The large room features antique wood panels and attractive old farmhouse furniture.
• Stairs lead up from the living room to the first floor.
• Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with bunk beds, and
• a bathroom with tub and WC.
• Two covered balconies offer fabulous views.

• Rates are charged in EURO per night per accommodation | without meals
• Please let us know if there will be more guests than the stated number. EURO 15,- will be charged per extra person per day.
• The minimum stay is 4 nights, shorter stays are only possible by arrangement. 
• arrival time: Saturdays from 2 pm - 8 pm (different time on request - please call in advance: +43 664 2818224)
• departure time: Saturdays by 10 am (different time on request).
• Current local tax: EUR 3,50 € per person per day (aged 15 years and above)
• Pets: If you would like to bring your pet, please ask us in advance. We may charge a double rate for the final cleaning.
